Freezing Food

Let’s face it, freezing food is probably the easiest and quickest way to “preserve” food for a longer period of time. However it’s not a great idea to freeze everything because the electric may go out, your generator may break down, etc…So we do need to learn other ways to preserve food. Even still, we utilize the freezer more than I care to admit when it comes to “preserving” food. It’s just so easy and quick, how can I not?
