Plant Identification

Somewhere between 2008 and 2010 I began wondering what certain plants were in our yard, so I checked out a book at the library. I continued to recheck that book out multiple times for another year until I finally bought my own copy. Identifying plants was one of the avenues that got me started in herbalism. Whether or not you learn herbalism, identifying plants is a skill, and it simply makes you feel connected and comforted when you can look around and say hello to your “friends” by name.
